Please read our Terms & Conditions before signing this form. Then read and sign this Alpine Skills International Release Form. This Release Form must be signed and then faxed or mailed before your Registration Form can be processed. Include this Release Form with your Print & Mail Registration Form, or fax or mail to us if you are using our Online Registration.

Release and Assumption of Risks: I am aware that during the ski tour, course, mountain trip, or any other program or activity that I am participating in under the arrangement of Alpine Skills International, certain risks and dangers exist including, but not limited to, travel by air, automobile or other conveyance, travel in mountainous terrain, the forces of nature, accident, injury, illness, paralysis or death in remote places without rapid means of evacuation or medical facilities.

In consideration of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in such course, mountain trip or activities, and services and food arranged for me by Alpine Skills International, its instructors, guides, agents and associates, I have and do hereby assume all of the above risks and will hold them harmless from any and all responsibility, negligence, actions or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever for loss or damage to property or personal injuries sustained or occurring during any course, guided trip, or activity of any nature. This shall serve as release and assumption or risk for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and for all members of my family including minors who may be accompanying me. I agree that if I sue or make any claims against Alpine Skills International in violation of this waiver, I shall be liable to Alpine Skills International for all costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Alpine Skills International in defending itself from such action or claim.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you must cancel your course or trip for any reason (including medical), you must fully understand our refund policy. We need written notice in our office: 21 days before a 1-3 day course ~ 30 days before a 4-6 day course ~ 60 days before a Grand Tour. Only then is a refund available, minus a cancellation fee of $50 for 1-3 day courses, $100 for 4-6 day courses, and $200 for Grand Tours.

After the cancellation periods listed above and once a course begins, no refunds or transfers are available. If ASI must cancel a course or trip due to inadequate registration, you will receive a full refund. However, ASI is not responsible for additional expenses incurred including non-refundable airline tickets, equipment, medical expenses, etc. We recommend that you obtain trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself.

I have read and do agree to the "Cancellation and Refund Policy" and all conditions under "Terms & Conditions" as stated in the Alpine Skills International "Terms & Conditions" page on this web site. I understand and agree that my contract with Alpine Skills International is entered into in Truckee, California, upon my being placed on the course or trip roster. This waiver shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
