Saturday Morning XC Skate Club 9:30-11:00am
with Peter Mayfield

Join Master Instructor/Clinician, Peter Mayfield, for a fast paced skate ski workout and clinic. We will have a different technique focus each week, doing drills and developing skills to make your skating more fluid, powerful and efficient. This high-end clinic will also include some intervals and specific strength workouts, while covering some distance on the Royal Gorge trails.

Clinician Peter Mayfield
Peter has been involved with cross-country ski instruction for over 30 years. He was formerly one of the top nordic racers in the Far West, competing in three US National Championships. Today, Peter is a lead examiner and clinician for PSIA and continues to race successfully, while running a non-profit environmental education program for youth. Peter is a skilled, friendly and supportive coach with an infectious love of the sport.
