Advanced Telemark 1 Day
This course combines a variety of techniques for dynamic skiing, including secret weapons for challenging ungroomed snow conditions and special techniques for the super steep including the infamous pedal-hop turn. With its access to backcountry off-piste conditions, Sugar Bowl Ski Resort provides the ideal setting for this course. Skiers need to be comfortable on black-diamond terrain.
Skills will include:
- Dynamic parallel
- Dynamic telemark
- Short radius in the bumps
- Steeps progression parallel
- Steeps progression telemark
- Ungroomed and variable conditions
Cost: $150 without Lift Pass
$195 with All-Day Lift Pass
